Tasting Notes
Lab25's Best Bitter has an intense amber color with a fine and persistent foam. Delicate notes of caramel and biscuit emerge on the nose, accompanied by light nuances of chinotto and sweet orange peel, herbaceous notes and dried fruit. On the palate, balanced flavors are perceived between toasted malt and an elegant bitterness, with a pleasant sensation of freshness and good drinkability. The finish is clean, with a soft aftertaste of hops.

Pairings: Get inspired
Best Bitter pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes. Try it with a gourmet burger, where the malty flavour of the beer ties in with the grilled meat and savoury seasonings. It also pairs well with barbecued meats such as sausages or ribs, balancing the intense flavours with its delicate bitterness. Mature cheeses, such as Cheddar, pair well with the sweetness of the malt, while cured meats contrast nicely with the lightly toasted notes of the beer.
