Tasting notes

The Cider 1979 has a golden color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose stands out aromas of ripe apple, honey and slightly floral notes. On the palate, it is rich and complex, with a pleasant acidity balanced by the natural sweetness of the apples, and a refreshing and sparkling finish.

Pairings

This cider pairs perfectly with light and tasty dishes. It can be accompanied by a platter of semi-mature cheeses such as Taleggio or Pecorino, and goes well with delicate cured meats such as prosciutto crudo or speck. Try it also with fruit-based desserts, such as apple pies or soft cakes, for a harmonious combination of flavors.

Production method

Cider 1979 is obtained through the delicate pressing of hand-selected apples. Fermentation occurs naturally, respecting the ripening times of the fruit to ensure a complex and balanced cider. The autoclave sparkling process gives the cider its characteristic fizziness, keeping the natural aromas of the apples intact.
