Ginificio Microdistillery is an artisanal reality from Trentino born after more than 18 months of study, research and experimentation with alcohol and botanical herbs. Founded in the spring of 2021, the company is passionately dedicated to the production of gin, bitters and liqueurs with an Italian and artisanal profile.
The project is led by Igor Masella, who bases his philosophy on values such as passion, research, balance, patience and love. Each product is the result of a process that combines artisanal care and respect for the territory. The Ginificio places great importance on the quality of the ingredients, favoring raw materials of local origin and working them manually in small quantities. This approach guarantees maximum attention to each phase of production, from the infusion of the botanicals to the distillation, up to the final bottling.

Amaruno stands out for its complex and enveloping aromatic profile. The herbaceous and floral notes blend harmoniously with resinous hints, typical of mountain medicinal herbs. On the palate, the balance between the pleasant bitter note and the persistent aromatic nuances gives a sensation of refined intensity, making it perfect for many occasions.

Metodo di produzione
Amaruno is produced using a selection of 11 botanicals including roots, flowers, resinous notes and mountain medicinal herbs. The ingredients are infused in neutral organic alcohol, obtained by the Sacchetto Distillery using Italian soft wheat. The manufacturing process is completely artisanal and involves distillation in small quantities to preserve the quality and complexity of the aromas. Each phase, from infusion to packaging, is followed with the utmost care to guarantee a product that reflects the excellence of the Trentino artisan tradition.
