Historically, hops were grown in Trentino until the times of the Austro-Hungarian empire and the area had up to 53 micro breweries. In recent years the tradition of beer has been rediscovered and with it the cultivation of high mountain hops.
The Dolzan family thus decided to revisit the ancient family recipe, based on roots and herbs from Trentino, adding hops grown on the Paganella plateau . This is how a unique and traditional bitter was born, with digestive properties to best finish your convivial moments.
