Tasting notes

It has an intense brown color, fresh hints of wild mint and spicy notes of liquorice on the nose, with garnishes of mountain pine and gentian. Pleasantly sweet, enveloping and soft in the mouth, very persistent with a light bitter aftertaste.

Pairings

Serve cold on the rocks, with a slice of dehydrated orange, or ideal for creating enveloping cocktails.

Production method

Bitter made through maceration and slow infusion of herbs and roots in alcohol. At the end, we proceed to filtering and adding caramelized sugar.
