The Grüner Veltliner vineyards, a variety widespread especially in Austria, are cultivated by Pacher Hof on land located at 600 m above sea level and characterized by slate, paragneiss and quartzite. The distinctive traits of the grape and the soil are perfectly preserved in the bottle thanks to the careful work of Josef Huber, giving life to an extremely balanced wine with a marked aroma.
