This Kerner perfectly expresses the terroir of the Isarco Valley, with its unmistakable fruity character and marked minerality. The distinctive traits of the blend and the soil are also perfectly preserved in the bottle thanks to the careful work of Josef Huber during the harvest but above all in the cellar.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. On the nose it is pleasantly aromatic and fruity, with notes of white peach and grapefruit. On the palate it is full, fresh and fruity.

Try it in combination with a trio of typical South Tyrolean dumplings: spinach, cheese and red turnip.

Production method

Slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aging for approximately 6 months on fine yeasts in steel barrels and large wooden barrels.
