The Bag in Box Teroldego has a bright ruby red color. On the nose, fresh notes of red fruits emerge, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by a hint of violet. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a pleasant freshness and delicate tannins. The finish is harmonious and slightly fruity.

Pairings

This Teroldego is particularly versatile and pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes. It is ideal with Trentino cured meats, such as speck or mortandela, and with medium-aged cheeses. Perfect with red meats, both grilled and stewed, such as beef stew or tagliata with grilled vegetables. It also lends itself well to rich first courses, such as Teroldego risotto or pappardelle with ragù.

Production method

The Teroldego grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with care to preserve the characteristic fresh and fruity aromas of the vine. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a short maturation in steel to maintain the liveliness and drinkability of the wine. This process guarantees a fresh product, ideal for immediate consumption.
