Today I am thrilled to introduce you to Michele Giacomelli's AlpBerries farm, an authentic jewel of organic agriculture located on the Vigolana plateau , in the heart of Trentino.
Michele founded his company in 2016, following his great passion for nature and sustainable agriculture , with the aim of preserving ancient family traditions.
From the initial cultivation of small fruits without pesticides , which he uses to produce nectars, syrups and jams, Michele has extended his production over the years, including vegetables and ancient grains such as spelt, barley and rye. In April 2024 it inaugurated its processing laboratory and point of sale, guaranteeing 100% the quality of the supply chain, from cultivation to preparation, with the AlpBerries brand.
Among my favorite products there are certainly the vegetable giardiniera and the durum wheat caserecce!
